Fresh Southern Californian Mexican Food
Ordering food from ChaChas's for our 70+ person backyard party worked out great - Rob's cooking is always top notch, and not having to cook for the crowd myself was such a relief
The main dishes at ChaCha's are all really great, but a special shout out about the sides. The beans are such a basic thing, with simple ingredients, but man oh man, Rob gets it right!!!
Amazing!
Finally, authentic Mexican food in Northern Virginia
Incredibly authentic Mexican food that’s packed full of flavor. I highly recommend.

A word on ingredients
Lard. Everything goes best with great refried beans, and for these, I use some lard. Any other oils used are either virgin olive oil, rapeseed, or canola oil.
Gluten. Apart from Chile Rellenos and burritos (always handled and packaged separately), all food is gluten-free (GF).
Vegan. Currently, there are no vegan items on the menu
How to Order
All entrées are family style and portioned generously to feed up to 6 adults. Each entrée also comes with beans and rice and any accompaniments necessary to complete the order.
For now, I’m only taking once-a-week orders*. You place your order in advance, and all that is ordered during the week is delivered on Friday afternoon/evening, fresh, having just been prepared minutes ago. Friday delivery cutoff is 12:00 PM Thursday.
Delivery is $7 anywhere in Northern PWC.
